Our professional staff constitutes an interdisciplinary team of people with advanced degrees in diverse fields, including experimental psychology, sociology, business administration, statistics, chemistry, and chemical engineering.

Because the staff has been recruited from many disciplines, a wide range of skills and experience is brought to bear on every problem. And because the staff has long tenure, it provides in-depth understanding of the company's philosophy and techniques, and continuity in the service of the company's clients. Almost all members of the Client Service Staff started with the company as Study Managers and were promoted to Client Service positions after years of hands-on work. Most of the Client Service Staff has been with the company for over ten years.

Each project undertaken by the company is assigned to three members of the professional staff — a Client Service Director, a Group Head and a Study Manager — with input from at least two members of senior management.
